The Bedford Avenue location is located next to the Greene Avenue location and 2 blocks to the subway. It is intended for the long-term student seeking affordable accommodations, but daily rates are also available.

There are rooms with 4 bunks, 6 bunks, and 8 bunks. There are female-only, male-only, and co-ed bunks. The bunks are assigned based on a first-come first-serve basis.

All of our students have access to shared kitchens and a full bathroom on every floor. The bunk beds are a twin-size bed. Each student receives a locker about the size of a large microwave for their personal belongings. The student will be able to lock their personal belongings but will be responsible for providing a lock.

Please note that our short-term pricing will vary based on seasonal demand and the remaining availability, which may cause prices to increase for either gender.

Please note that in order to qualify for the student rate, you must present two items:

• a university ID
• a passport
