There are rooms with 4 bunks, 6 bunks, and 8 bunks. There are female and male rooms. The bunks are assigned based on a first-come first-serve basis. There is no difference in price between male and female beds.

All of our students have access to three shared kitchens and a full bathroom on every floor of the building. The bunk beds are a twin-size bed. Each student receives a locker for their personal belongings. It's about the size of a large microwave. The student will be able to lock their personal belongings but will be responsible for providing a lock.

Please note that our short-term pricing will vary based solely on seasonal demand and the remaining availability, which may cause prices to increase for the last available beds for either gender.

All taxes and fees are included in the price. Please note that in order to qualify for the student rate, you must present two items:

  • a university ID
  • a passport

If you need to cancel your reservation at any time, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to avoid cancellation charges. You can view our cancellation/refund policy here.

 

To make a long-term monthly reservation for the Greene Avenue location (1 month or more), select the room option and length of stay.
 
 

To make a short-term reservation (less than 1 month) for the Greene Avenue location, please enter your approximate check-in date and the number of nights you wish to stay. The rates will vary depending on seasonal demand and the number of available beds.

Please note that the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card, so the full balance will be paid in full at the time of reservation.

To make a short-term reservation (less than 1 month) for the Williamsburg location at the nightly rate, please first check availability and then enter your check-in and check-out date and click on the Pay Now button.

Please note that on the next page (after you click on the Paypal button), that you will need to change the quantity to the number of nights that you need to reserve.

For example, if you would like to reserve for 1 person for 5 nights, change the QTY to 5. If you are making reservations for 2 people for 4 nights, change the QTY to 8.
