THE GREENE AVENUE LOFTSTEL
The Greene Avenue location is located 15 minutes from the Williamsburg location and is intended for the long-term student who needs affordable accommodations. It is located 2 blocks to the subway and takes 25 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan and 35 minutes to get to midtown Manhattan.

The Williamsburg location is located in New York City's funkiest neighborhood - a thriving artist community with a bar, restaurant, and independent boutique on every block! The proximity to the subway and its location in the middle of NYC ensure that you can get anywhere in just 5 to 10 minutes.

COMMUNAL LIVING & LOTS OF INTERACTION
Our Loftstels are designed to encourage interaction among our guests as much as possible. Our rooms (separated by gender) are shared, as are the bathroom facilities, kitchens, and living rooms. Note that privacy is limited, so if you're relatively shy, you may want to consider other options. You'll have the opportunity to meet students & interns from all over the world.

Our website allows you to make reservations in advance to arrange your booking over the internet. All you need is a credit card and a computer. In addition, we have 24-hour email and phone support, and our friendly staff is always available to answer your questions and to help get you settled into the big city.
