There are rooms with 4 bunks, 6 bunks, and 8 bunks. There are female-only, male-only, and co-ed bunks. The bunks are assigned based on a first-come first-serve basis. There is no difference in price between male and female beds.

All of our students have access to three shared kitchens and a full bathroom on every floor of the building. The bunk beds are a twin-size bed. Each student receives a locker for their personal belongings. It's about the size of a large microwave. The student will be able to lock their personal belongings but will be responsible for providing a lock.

Please note that our short-term pricing will vary based solely on seasonal demand and the remaining availability, which may cause prices to increase for the last available beds for either gender.

All taxes and fees are included in the price. Please note that in order to qualify for the student rate, you must present two items:

• a university ID
• a passport
